David L Stark - President & CEO

David Stark joined as President & CEO in April 2008. David Stark is an internationally recognized research innovator. Formerly the Director of the National Institute of Clinical Research (NICR), David Stark has been responsible for the design, organization and implementation of clinical trials for pharmaceutical and device companies -- from multi-billion dollar corporations to small, entrepreneurial start-ups. He has a broad background in designing, conducting, and monitoring clinical trials of new pharmaceuticals and devices.

Andrew Norstrud - CFO

Mr. Norstrud joined the Company in September 2007 as the Chief Financial Officer. In addition to work that Mr. Norstrud does for the Company, he also does consulting work for Norco Accounting and Consulting and is the Chief Financial Officer of Jagged Peak, Inc.. Previously Mr. Norstrud was with Segmentz, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer, and played an instrumental role in the company achieving its strategic goals by pursuing and attaining growth initiatives, building an exceptional financial team, completing and integrating strategic acquisitions and implementing the structure required of public companies. Mr. Norstrud has also worked for Grant Thornton LLP, Aerosonic and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and has extensive experience with young, rapid growth public companies. Mr. Norstrud earned a Master of Accounting with a systems emphasis from the University of Florida and is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant.
